§ 1 Scope

These terms apply to all contracts between TheGenZCode ("Provider") and its users for the use of the offered services and products, in particular NeXusOS.

§ 2 Services

The Provider operates a digital platform for managing apps and data. The exact scope of services is defined in the respective product description.

§ 3 Usage rights

The user receives a simple, non-exclusive right to use the platform for the duration of the contract. Transfer to third parties is not permitted.

§ 4 User obligations

The user must treat their access credentials confidentially and is responsible for all activities carried out under their account.

§ 5 Liability

The Provider is liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence. For slight negligence, the Provider is only liable for breach of essential contractual obligations and only up to the amount of typically foreseeable damage.

§ 6 Termination

Contracts may be terminated by either party with 30 days notice before the end of the term.

§ 7 Final provisions

German law applies. The place of jurisdiction is the Provider's registered office, where permitted by law.
